Idle Hands Tattoo Parlour is located in the heart of the Garden District in New Orleans, LA. We offer a sterile, friendly, laid back and professional environment.
The owner, Flex Wenger, has been tattooing professionally for over 20 years. We enjoy ALL styles of tattooing and can work with your design, or custom tattoos can be drawn while you wait. Appointments can be scheduled at the customer's request.
